Every detail on one profile
Each guest has a single profile holding their contact details, group memberships, the events they are invited to, their RSVP status and their meal choices. Open it and you see the whole picture, with tabs for their questions, guestbook entries and gallery uploads as you add those features.
Adding a guest takes a moment, and every one gets a unique sign-in passcode generated for them automatically.
Bring your list with you
Already keep your guests in a spreadsheet? Import it. The wizard reads a CSV or Excel file, maps the columns for you, shows a preview, and flags likely duplicates before anything is saved, so you do not end up with two of Aunt Mary. Import is free for everyone, with no cap on how many rows you bring in.
Need it back out? Export the current list at any time for your caterer, venue or stationer, or download a starter template to fill in.
Edit like a spreadsheet
When you have a lot to change at once, switch to the spreadsheet view. It is a proper grid: arrow keys to move, type to edit, Tab and Enter to save and step on. Each cell flashes green when it saves, so bulk edits stay quick and honest. Prefer cards? Toggle back whenever you like.
Groups and events that do the work
Sort guests into colour-coded groups, families, university friends, the work crowd, then filter the list by group in a click. Groups make it easy to invite a subset to a particular event, and a group can carry default events so anyone you add inherits the right invitations.
Your guest list is free for up to 75 guests. Raise the limit with a one-off upgrade when you need to: 150 for £8, 300 for £12, or unlimited for £22 — included in The Invitation, The Ceremony and The Day respectively.
