Is the free plan really free?
Yes! The free plan includes everything you need for a smaller wedding — website, RSVPs, gallery, and more. No credit card required, no time limits.
Can I try before I buy?
Absolutely. You can try a 30-minute interactive demo with all features unlocked — no sign-up required. When you're ready, create your free account and add features as you need them.
Are addon payments one-off?
Almost all addons are a single one-off payment — no monthly fees. The only exceptions are custom domains (£3/month) and optional storage upgrades.
What are bundles?
Bundles group popular addons together at a discount. We offer five bundles — Essentials (save 27%), Premium (save 58%), Print Pack (save 20%), Social Pack (save 14%), and Wedding Week (save 38%).
Can I upgrade later?
Absolutely. Start with Free and add individual features whenever you want. If you later buy a bundle, you only pay the difference for features you haven't already purchased.
What happens after the wedding?
Your website stays online as a keepsake. Guests can still view photos and messages. You keep everything.
How do planner subscriptions work?
Planner subscriptions are available monthly or annually. All features are unlocked across all your client weddings. Cancel any time. Annual billing saves you around 17%.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Add your own domain like yourwedding.com with free SSL. Available as an individual addon (£3/month) or included in the Premium Bundle and planner plans.
What about storage?
Every free account includes 500 MB, which is plenty for most weddings. If you need more — especially for guest photo uploads or galleries — you can add a monthly storage plan from £2/month (2 GB) up to £35/month (100 GB).
