- Can I ring you?
- Not yet. We answer by email so the answer is written down for both of you, and planners can book a call.
- A guest cannot sign in.
- Check the passcode on their invitation, or send them their own sign in link from the guest's profile. If that fails, write to us with your wedding address.
- Can I get my money back?
- Yes, in full within 48 hours, then half for up to 30 days. Nothing after the day. You can do it yourself from Account, billing.
- I am a journalist.
- Write to [email protected] with the subject Press. We can share figures, photos from couples who have said yes, and a person to talk to.
