About Build The Day
a small team, one day.
We make the wedding planning system that turns into your own site, stationery and screens. A handful of people in the UK, building one product properly.
Most wedding websites look like the company that made them. We wanted yours to look like you, and we wanted the replies, the seating and the speeches to live in the same place as the pretty part.
Build The Day started with a spreadsheet, a group chat and a wedding that needed both to agree. A few years and 27 features later it runs the whole thing: the guest list, the replies, the meals, the seating plan, the emails, the photo wall and the games after dinner.
We charge couples once because a wedding happens once. We charge planners monthly because they run many. We do not sell adverts, because the moment we did, the site would stop being yours.

- pay once.Couples buy a tier or a single feature and keep it for the life of the wedding. Nothing renews, nothing steps down.
- no ads.Not on your site, not in your emails, not in your dashboard. Your guests see your wedding and nothing else.
- guests never pay.Replying, sharing photos, signing the guestbook and playing the games cost a guest nothing, ever.
- your data is yours.Download everything whenever you like. Delete it all when you are done. We never sell or share a guest's details.
