The calendar planner gathers the moving parts of your wedding into a single view. Your wedding day, your scheduled events, your email milestones, your budget due dates, your tasks and any custom dates you add all sit on the same calendar.

Each source has its own colour, so a payment deadline reads differently from a dress fitting at a glance. Use the filter bar to focus on one kind of thing, or see the lot together.

The planner is a one-off add-on (£3, also from The Ceremony tier upward), and once it is on it covers the calendar, the task list and the export together.

Three ways to read the timeline

Switch between month view for the big picture, week view for hourly detail, and agenda view for a simple chronological list. Select any day to see what falls on it, or open an event for the full detail.

Items that belong elsewhere in the plan, like a budget due date or an email milestone, stay read-only here. You change those in their own pages and the calendar reflects the update. Your custom events and tasks are the ones you edit directly on the calendar.

A to-do list that knows your date

Alongside the calendar sits a proper wedding to-do list. Each task carries a priority, a category and an optional due date, with completion tracking and a progress bar so you can see how far along you are. Tasks with a date also land on the calendar.

Rather than start from a blank list, use Generate Tasks. It builds a planning checklist from templates and dates each item relative to your wedding day, grouped by planning phase, so you can pick what is relevant and skip what is not.
