Put your venue on the map

Add your venue name, address and website, and your page renders an interactive map pinned to the spot. Pick the map style that suits your day, from a clean road map to satellite, terrain, dark or a soft watercolour finish.

The venue section comes in four layouts, so it can sit quietly inline or stretch into a full-width hero, whichever fits your page. All of this is free on every plan.

Everything guests need to arrive

The travel section gathers how-to-get-here details in one place: a short note about the area, train stations with distances and directions, bus routes, taxi services with phone numbers and websites, parking information, and airports with transfer notes. Lay it out as a card grid, a compact icon list, a carousel, or an accordion that opens one category at a time.

Where to stay sits alongside it. List recommended hotels with a price range, distance from the venue, a booking link and a note like "mention the wedding for a group rate." The accommodation section offers four layouts of its own, from a tidy grid to a featured first option, so the page reads the way you want.

Let the venue do the legwork

Setting all of that out by hand takes time. The nearby search does the first pass for you: from your venue location it finds train stations, bus stops, taxis, parking, airports and hotels using OpenStreetMap data, sorted by distance.

Review the suggestions, add the ones you want, then tidy up the wording. Nearby search is a one-off add-on (£3), included from The Ceremony tier upward. You can also add an optional weather panel that shows the forecast as the day nears, or a seasonal average for dates further out.
